To enter all you have to do is Send in Your Application & Your Deposit! You can register ONLINE or print and mail in!
Payments can be made via Paypal to CurlyQGrandPageants@live.com A4% surcharge should be added to ALL paypal and credit card payments. If this is not added, we will add at the door.
There is a $35.00 Returned Check Fee
Effec 3/4/13: There will be a $25.00 Late Fee Adminstered on ALL DOOR ENTRIES (when allowed). Effect 1/1/16 we no longer accept checks! We will however still accept Money Orders.
Any Entries received after the entry due date will be charged this penalty.
Q & A
Are Photo's Returned?
All Photo's & Score Sheets will be provided to the contestants at the end of the pageant. Any photos' or Score Sheets not retrieved will not be mailed and deemed unwanted.
LOST ITEMS?
Effec March 2013: Any ITEMS left in dressing rooms, will NOT be mailed. Please ensure all items are removed from dressing areas. Any non-claimed items will be left at hotel front desk for contestant retreival.
Bad sportsmanship of any kind will not be tolerated
What happens if the pageant has to cancel?
In the case of a cancellation, you, the contestant and or parent will have the option to
1.)be fully reimbursed w/in 30days
2.) Have fees transferred to rescheduled date.
Are deposits refundable?
Deposits are otherwise non-refundable and
non-transferable (no exceptions)!!!
SCORESHEET Samples ARE PROVIDED PRIOR TO PAGEANT!! FIT, PERONALITY & EYE CONTACT are IMPT!!! WE are a NO SUPRISES Pageant!!!! Once you Register we will begin preparing you for the big day!!

Natural Competition Rules
Contestants Competing in Natural Competition ages 0-8 are not allowed make-up, false hair pieces, tans or nails enhancements. Contestants 9 & Up are allowed LIMITED STONES and light make-up. No false Hair, Nails or Lashes Allowed! Beauty: Clothing restrictions: NO STONES ALLOWED ages 0-8 in BEAUTY OR CASUAL WEAR! For ThemeWear you MAY wear Wigs and Make-up that Consists with the theme ONLY!. Clothing can be custom made or off the rack. No Pro-Am Routines. Contestants ages 9 & Up May Wear light lip gloss & mascara. Make-up will be checked during line-up. Clothing restrictions apply.
Glitz Competition Rules
EVERYTHING GOES! There will be no clothing restrictions (Can be off the rack or custom). Hair, Make-Up & Tanning Allowed. Go Big or Go Home!! Pro-Am Routines Allowed!

Once age groups fill at 10 contestants, groups may be split!

All Contestants are required to compete in the Beauty Competition!
Girls ages 0-12 yrs old may wear a short or long gown of choice. Girls ages 13 & up must wear a tea or floor length gown of choice.
Attire is not judged, however fit, neatness and overall look on child will be. Time alotted on stage: 1 ½ minutes

Please have an 8x10 color or black & white full body or head shot. Divisional winner will be announced in each age group.
Natural Contestants must turn in NATURAL photos and Glitz Contestants must turn in GLITZ Photos. Any Comp, Series, Backers, or Portofolio's may be a variety!. Photo are judged on overall appeal and clarity.
No frames or sleeves please.
Each Pageant will have a Main Event with a different theme Each Pageant. Wear your best Theme Wear! Props allowed! Time alotted on Stage: 2 minutes

Got Talent? Whether singing, dancing, reciting poetry or impersonating your favorite character, we LOVE to see how talented our boys & girls are! Show us your best talent routine! You can compete in talent as many times as you like! Routines are limited to 2 min. Props allowed! NO BACKFLIPS ALLOWED for Safety Reasons.

Rules & Regulations --CQG Pageants, vendors & staff are hereby non-liable for any injury, loss of personal property, or theft occurring during or after any CQG Pageant. CQG Pageants reserves the right to disqualify any contestant due to unpaid fees. Bad sportsmanship of any kind will not be tolerated. CQG reserves the right to disqualify any contestant due to bad sportsmanship to include parental and guest activity. Age groups will not be combined (no bumping). All Contestants will be notified prior to pageant day a complete schedule of events. All crowned Royalty are required to complete photo opts at conclusion of pageant.
